1. Do you accept Visa or Mastercard?

Yes, our secure online ordering system will accept both VISA and Mastercard as methods of payment.

2. Do you ship everywhere in Australia?

Yes, absolutely!

3. Do you ship overseas?

No, due to the size & value of our canvases we cannot reliably ship them overseas.

4. If I purchase a canvas online can I come into the store to pick it up?

Yes of course. It may take us a while to fill your order, but we will let you know when it is ready to be picked up.

5. Do you offer refunds?

Because our canvases are custom made for each order we cannot provide refunds.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Good Question - Due to the size of our canvases, it can cost quite a bit to ship them. When you place an order on our website, we will respond with a shipping cost based on the size of the canvas and your location. If the shipping cost is too high, you have no obligation to proceed.
