It was so nice to do something different as a team bonding exercise and to do something that everyone
could get involved in. It was also wonderful to have something to show for our efforts, the painting we
completed which now has pride of place in our reception area.

The resident artists were fantastic and helped us produce something worth putting up despite some us
showing a distinct lack of artistic talent!

It was such a fun night and it was lovely to be in such a creative atmosphere where we all relaxed and
got stuck in.

Good Afternoon Wanda,

Thanks for the fun time we had with your team at Go-arty. It was quite a surprise for my
team members when we converged on your studio. Painting - what has that got to do with
Banking, I can't paint, I won't be any good at this.

Thanks for the warm welcome and clear direction upon arrival, this put many fears to bed.
With such a big team you were able to quickly get us on our way of producing our
individual masterpiece. The choice of paintings and styles to copy and one-on-one
coaching throughout the process no doubt resulted in quite good end results. they made
great mother day presents.

The icing for me was the team production at the end which you were able to build into our
"change" theme. Everybody was able to contribute something individual towards the team
production. This now hangs proudly in our District Office and represents work/life on the
Sunshine Coast.

Thank you for your support with the Sunshine Coast Corporate Charity Golf Challenge 2009 held at Club Pelican on 19 June 2009.

On the day we raised $42,246 net of costs for 'Give Me 5 for Kids', a truly fantastic result. These funds help to provide better medical facilities for the children's ward at our local public hospitals.

Gerry Turner was the successful bidder for the 'Field of Fire' painting.

Debriefing using Art is a fabulous vehicle, all staff members thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have their art hanging around the office for all to see. The pride that shines through their smiles as they say "I did that!" is so wonderful and tells the story of how that experience made them feel.

To Pam and Tony,

Thanks for a wonderful experience last Thursday morning. The children and I loved the art class and although we had a very reluctant 8 year old, Tony was very patient and with his guidance Nathan produced a lovely painting which he proudly displays in his bedroom. Hannah too has her vase of flowers hanging in her bedroom. Best of all my painting of the bouquet of flowers is hanging in my bedroom and I just love it! I know that each time I look at it I will remember how much fun it was to create and will certainly be returning sometime to start another. You were both so friendly and helpful and we shall rave about the experience to everyone!
